DockMaster Mobile offers a robust solution for transitioning from traditional paper time sheets and time cards to a streamlined electronic time tracking system. This application facilitates accurate logging of employee hours spent on both billable and non-billable work orders directly from a technician's mobile device, thereby enhancing the efficiency of invoicing and payroll processes.

Available Features:

• Time Clock: Technicians can select from a list of open work orders, choose the relevant opcode (job), and clock in with ease. The Time Clock app meticulously tracks the actual time dedicated to each task, allowing users to adjust the start time for greater precision. Additionally, notes can be added to jobs either through typing or utilizing the device's voice-to-text functionality.
• Time Entry: Similar to the Time Clock feature, technicians can access a list of work orders alongside their respective opcodes to add new time entries or modify existing ones. Users have the flexibility to input time via Start/Stop or Total Hours methods, and can make date edits as necessary. Notes can also be integrated using either typed input or voice recognition.
• Scheduler: For organizations utilizing the DockMaster Service Schedule, the Scheduler integrated within the Time Clock app allows technicians to view or select jobs scheduled in DockMaster. Jobs are conveniently color-coded according to their status—Completed, In Progress, or Not Started—enabling technicians to tap a job and easily launch either the Time Clock or Time Card features.
